It is the aim of ShirleyBee Designs to provide the best quality product. All items are handcrafted and therefore may have slight imperfections and color variations. Please be mindful that we are a small shop. All of our items are made to order after your order has been placed. The custom nature of our items takes time to create. Orders are processed and will be made available within 1-2 weeks, pending no delays or special circumstances.
If you requested tracked shipping, once your order has shipped you will receive tracking confirmation in your email. If you need your items sooner please reach out to me using the contact page. Thank you for supporting my small shop!
Please note that all items are handmade in nature and minor imperfections or color variation can occur between the actual product and your screen. It is recommended that only high quality photos be used in the creation of the product, which is the responsibility of the customer to provide.
You will be notified once your items are ready for pickup. You can pickup at one of two locations.
1) 325 Branthaven St in Orleans
2) 3333 Southgate Road by South Keys
Once an item has been marked as available for pickup, the customer is responsible for scheduling pickup within 2 weeks. We understand that delays may happen. If a pickup is not scheduled within 2 weeks, a fee of $5 per week will apply, payable prior to pickup. If an item is held longer than 1 month without notice of delay, the item will be eligible for resale to the public and the customer will forfeit their item and will not receive a refund.
ShirleyBee Designs offers delivery for a fee to the Ottawa area. Fees for delivery are to be paid in full at time of order and will be done based on the owners’ availability. Please know that delivery may take up to 2 weeks after the date of creation. Delivery can be done to a residential home address or a local destination. If the purchaser is not present within 15 minutes of the scheduled delivery time at the specified delivery location, the order will return to the Orleans location, where it will remain until the customer is able to pick up. No refunds or discounts will be given for delivery no-shows.
